What we do

Four pillars of continuing airworthiness

01

24/7 Technical Support

Our global operations center never sleeps. Reach our expert technical support team anytime, anywhere in the world via phone, email, or secure messaging. Our engineers average 12+ years of experience with Avio aircraft and can diagnose issues remotely, provide immediate guidance, and coordinate rapid solutions. Real-time support means your aircraft spends more time in the air and less time on the ground.

02

50+ Service Centers Worldwide

Avio operates and partners with more than 50 certified service centers strategically located across 6 continents. Each facility is staffed with factory-trained technicians and stocked with genuine Avio parts. Whether you need routine maintenance, unexpected repairs, or major overhauls, you'll find expert service nearby. Our service network undergoes regular audits to ensure consistent quality and adherence to Avio standards worldwide.

03

Comprehensive Maintenance Programs

Choose from flexible maintenance programs tailored to your operational needs. Our programs include scheduled maintenance, progressive inspections, engine overhauls, avionics upgrades, and interior refurbishment. We offer power-by-the-hour agreements, fixed-cost annual plans, and customized service packages. Every program includes detailed tracking, predictive analytics, and proactive scheduling to minimize downtime and maximize aircraft availability.

04

Guaranteed Parts Availability

Our extensive parts distribution network ensures critical components are available when you need them. We maintain strategic inventory across regional warehouses with 24-hour shipping to most locations worldwide. For AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations, we provide expedited delivery and can dispatch parts via chartered transport if necessary. Our parts guarantee program ensures 99.5% availability of critical components within 24 hours.

05

Remote Diagnostics & Monitoring

Advanced telemetry systems on Avio aircraft enable our engineers to monitor aircraft health remotely and diagnose issues before they become problems. Real-time data streaming provides insights into engine performance, system health, and operational efficiency. Our predictive maintenance algorithms analyze trends to schedule maintenance proactively, reducing unexpected downtime and extending component life through optimized maintenance timing.

06

Customer Portal & Resources

Access your aircraft's complete history, maintenance records, service bulletins, and technical documentation through our secure customer portal. Schedule maintenance appointments, order parts, submit support requests, and track service status online 24/7. The portal includes interactive maintenance manuals, troubleshooting guides, training videos, and a knowledge base with thousands of technical articles. Mobile apps keep critical information at your fingertips.

Training Excellence

Training Excellence

Avio's commitment to safety extends to ensuring every pilot and crew member receives world-class training. Our Paris-region training center features state-of-the-art Level-D full flight simulators for all Avio aircraft models, providing the most realistic training environment possible. With curricula developed by experienced aviators and approved by EASA and FAA, our programs prepare pilots for any situation they may encounter. Since establishing our training academy in 1985, we've trained over 3,000 pilots from airlines, charter operators, and private owners worldwide.

01

Type Rating Courses

Our comprehensive type rating programs provide everything pilots need to transition to Avio aircraft. Courses include ground school covering systems, performance, and procedures, followed by simulator training and, if required, supervised operational experience. Training duration ranges from 2-4 weeks depending on aircraft model and pilot experience. All courses meet or exceed regulatory requirements and include emphasis on single-pilot resource management, emergency procedures, and advanced system operations.

02

Full Flight Simulator Training

Train in our Level-D full flight simulators that replicate every aspect of flying Avio aircraft with extraordinary fidelity. Our simulators feature 220-degree visual systems, realistic motion platforms, and exact cockpit replicas. Practice emergency procedures, system failures, challenging weather conditions, and complex scenarios in complete safety. Simulator training reduces aircraft training time, lowers costs, and provides exposure to situations too dangerous to practice in actual flight.

03

Recurrent Training Programs

Maintain and enhance your skills with our recurrent training programs designed to keep pilots current and proficient. Annual or biennial recurrent training includes emergency procedures review, systems updates, regulatory changes, and new technology familiarization. Our scenario-based training methodology ensures pilots remain sharp and confident. We offer flexible scheduling, multiple training locations, and both simulator and classroom options to accommodate diverse operational needs.

04

Crew Resource Management

Effective crew coordination is essential for safe operations. Our CRM courses focus on communication, decision-making, leadership, situational awareness, and workload management. Through realistic simulations and group exercises, crews learn to work together effectively under normal and high-stress conditions. Training includes human factors, error management, and cultural awareness for international operations. Regular CRM training is proven to reduce operational errors and improve flight safety outcomes.
